Programme Highlights

The scientific program has been developed to cater to the needs of a practicing geriatric medicine specialists and will give them a vision of the future of Geriatric medicine practice with the integration of artificial intelligence, mobile technology, telemedicine, machine learning, natural language processing and information technology in the field of healthcare. 

Scientific Competitions 

Research Presentations: Abstracts submitted will be reviewed by a panel of experts and selected entries will be awarded oral and poster prresentation.

The Congress program has been designed keeping in mind the needs of different professionals. Individual sessions and day programs would be of interest to social workers, psychologists, anthropologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians and nutritionists besides doctors, nurses and other allied health care workers.

  • Acquire a skill - The participant would leave the workshop with an addition / revision / refinement of a particular skill in Gerontology
  • Develop intergenerational bonding - The participants, older people and younger children will be encourage to discuss their problems and participate in group activities aimed at making then understand each other better.
  • Develop a network - The participants, from neighboring countries and regions, would be expected to define common achievable goals and forge a working alliance for mutual cooperation and collaborative projects.
  • Faculty interaction - The participants would be able to interact with available faculty for guidance and future collaboration
